The Guarantee of Satisfaction is proud of the consistent quality of its holiday cards. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping costs.

Please note: Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied, but our guarantee does not cover the following:

Customer errors in spelling, punctuation or grammar.

Poor reproduction due to low resolution images supplied by the customer.

Errors caused by customer in designing or laying out of your card.

Errors in quantities or any other user field selected by the customer.

Cards are printed on 12 point FSC certified stock using 100% post consumer waste.

Envelopes are white wove 24 lb. stock.

Samples are available on request.

We reserve the right to reprint your order if the problem can be corrected.
